Warm-Up Stretches

1. Cross-Body Arm Stretches
2. Wrist Stretches
This encompasses three different stretch variations, to be repeated for each wrist.
​
For each variation, gently pull back the fingers until you feel a stretch (but not pain or discomfort).
1. Index & Middle Fingers
2. Ring & Pinky Fingers
3. Thumb
3. Embouchure Stretch
Alternate between saying "eee" and "ooo." Do this for a total of about 10 seconds.
